Terms of use
Last updated October 28, 2026
These terms apply to omnionengine.com, your Omnion ID and the Omnion services (the website, the downloads, the documentation and the forum). The services are provided by Harmonicode SL (“we”), whose details are in the Legal notice.
1. Your Omnion ID
- You need to be at least 14 years old to create an Omnion ID. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms with you.
- Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens with your account.
- One person, one account. Accounts can’t be sold or transferred.
- Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account.
2. The engine
Omnion Engine is free to download. The license that applies to the engine and to the games and apps you make with it is included with each download and takes precedence over this section for the use of the software.
You may not resell the engine itself, remove its copyright notices, or use it to break the law.
3. Acceptable use
When you use the services, including the forum, you agree not to:
- post illegal content, or content that harasses, threatens or discriminates against anyone;
- post content you don’t have the rights to (models, textures, music, code…);
- send spam, malware or misleading links;
- try to access other people’s accounts, or attack, overload or scrape the services;
- impersonate other people or Omnion staff.
We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or close accounts that break them, especially when it’s serious or repeated. If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected].
4. Your content
What you create and share (projects, posts, images) stays yours. By posting it publicly on the services, you allow us to host and display it there so the services can work. You can delete it, and you can delete your account at any time.
5. Reporting content
If you find content that’s illegal or breaks these rules, report it at [email protected], with a link and why you think it should be removed. We’ll review it and tell you what we decided.
6. Paid services
Some future services (such as Omnion Pro, AI credits or the Asset Store) will be paid. They’ll have their own terms, shown before you buy.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the services running, but they’re provided “as is” and may change or be interrupted for maintenance. We may update these terms; if the changes are important, we’ll tell you by email or on the website before they apply.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Harmonicode SL isn’t liable for indirect damages or lost data or profits caused by using the free services. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you’re a consumer, you can also use the courts of your place of residence and the EU’s online dispute resolution options.
