Your Omnion ID
One free account for the engine, the docs, the forum and every Omnion service.
Your Omnion ID is a free account that works across everything Omnion: the download page, the editor, the forum and, soon, the Asset Store, the games portal and the cloud editor.
Create one
Go to Create your Omnion ID, pick a username (it’s your name on the forum) and a password. We’ll send you an email to confirm your address; the forum needs a confirmed email.
Sign in to the editor
In the editor, click Sign In at the right end of the top bar. Your browser opens, you sign in on omnionengine.com and click Allow. The editor never sees your password: the website gives it a key that only works for your account, and you can cancel it at any time.
Each signed-in editor appears in Account → Security under Apps and devices, with a Disconnect button.
Once you’re signed in, the circle with your initial at the right end of the top bar opens your account menu: My Omnion ID, Security and devices, the Forum, the Documentation and Sign Out. When there’s a newer version of Omnion, the menu shows Update to Omnion … with a dot on the circle.
The editor keeps you signed in and renews its access by itself. If you disconnect it from the website or change your password, it asks you to sign in again.
Sign in to the forum
Click Log In on the forum. It sends you to omnionengine.com and back. There’s no second account to create.
Keep your account safe
- Two-step verification: in Security, turn on codes from an authenticator app. Save the recovery codes it gives you somewhere safe.
- Where you’re signed in: Security lists every browser and device with your account, and you can sign any of them out.
- Changing your password signs out your other sessions and devices.
- We email you whenever your password or two-step verification changes.
Your data
From your Omnion ID page you can download a copy of everything we keep about your account, or delete the account. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why.
